Diablo III Black Soulstone Cinematic

Clearly in top form, Blizzard Entertainment has released yet another trailer courtesy of their exceptional cinematic department. The Diablo III "Black Soulstone" Cinematic shows Deckard Cain's niece receiving a horrible vision of things to come.

You can check it out here or below.

In addition, Blizzard Entertainment has also released an interesting Diablo "Retrospective" video showcasing the history of the franchise. Diablo accomplished many things, key among them the launch of Battle.net, a free online gaming service for Blizzard Entertainment games that was instrumental in crushing pay-to-play services.

That is until Xbox LIVE came around and gamers grew ignorant again.

You can check out the Diablo Retrospective here or below.

The above video shows two great games and an actual expansion set, none of this DLC BS we're shoveled today, from what I consider to be the golden age of gaming. A true shame those days are gone, and a greater shame that the average gamer today is too apathetic to care.
