Halo and Half-Life on IGN's Top 100 List

Halo: Combat Evolved made the number 30 spot on IGN's Top 100 Games of All Time. This FPS kicks some serious ass and is the sole reason the Xbox has sold as well as it has. The game is so popular it's the Xbox's #2 seller to date (second only to its sequal), and was ported to both the PC and Mac, mostly for online play. The game has a good sci-fi story, great action, and replayability.

Half-Life also made the list, at the #22 spot, and it's sequal is ranked #28. Loved the original, one of the best games I've ever played. It's sequal I haven't touched too much. Tinkered with the demo and the retail at Telly's place and it seemed very... pretentious (or however that's spelt) to me.
